November Conference Information

Posted Date: 10/20/26 (10:00 AM)

Dear Beeler Family,

Good morning! Our school utilizes the Genesis Parent Portal for scheduling fall parent-teacher conferences, which will take place on the evening of November 2nd, during the school day on the 3rd, and on the afternoon of the 4th. Conferences will take place in your child’s classroom, unless other arrangements have been made. The portal is now open and I encourage you to take a moment today to schedule your child’s conference as time slots are limited. Use the following link to access the Parent Portal and follow these easy steps to schedule your child’s conference: https://parents.evesham.k12.nj.us/genesis/parents?gohome=true

  1. Login to Genesis Parent Portal using your secure username and password.

  2. Select Conferences from the tab at the top of the screen (to the right of forms).

  3. Select Request Conference from the middle of the screen.

  4. Change the Week of Calendar to 11/2/26.

  5. You will now see the available conference times for Monday, November 2nd through Wednesday, November 4th.

  6. Select your desired time slot and then click reserve. You will receive a reminder email about your parent-teacher conference forty-eight hours from your conference day and time.

The portal will remain open through Thursday, October 29th.

If you are unable to make the dates and/or times provided, please contact your child’s teacher to make alternate arrangements.

Thank you in advance for accessing and signing up for a conference time through the portal.  Please email me or your child’s teacher with any questions.

Ryan Mahlman, Principal

5th Grade Parents: Please note that you may see your child’s math teacher schedule as well, if they have a different teacher for math other than their homeroom teacher. Please only select a conference for your child’s homeroom teacher. Your child’s math teacher shares information with the homeroom teacher so they can discuss your child’s progress in math with you at the conference.
